Speed has a new look: the GameChanger 2.0, the aero helmet for ambitious road cyclists and triathletes, kicks off the new season with fresh colour options in off-white, lunar-silver and all-in-purple. The additional neon-yellow option ensures maximum visibility on the road whilst making a confident statement during your after-work ride. The GameChanger 2.0 thus combines its proven aerodynamics with modern colour schemes for anyone who refuses to compromise on performance, safety and style.
The ABUS GameChanger 2.0 was developed for anyone who doesn’t want to waste a single watt on their road bike. Whether in races, on fast training laps or in triathlon events – the aero helmet combines maximum aerodynamic efficiency with optimized ventilation, high comfort and modern safety features. The GameChanger 2.0 regularly proves its qualities on the biggest stages of cycling and is part of the equipment of numerous riders from leading UCI teams, such as Movistar Team and Pinarello-Q36.5.
Aerodynamics was the focus of the helmet’s design. The striking shape, with its characteristic aero rear, was specifically engineered to minimise drag at high speeds and optimise efficiency in racing positions. The central AeroBlade structure directs the airflow precisely over and through the helmet, ensuring a perfect balance of speed, stability and cooling.
Despite its clear focus on performance, the GameChanger 2.0 also impresses with its ventilation. The AirBoost front air inlet and the large ventilation channels enabled by the intelligent ActiCage promote air circulation and support effective cooling of the head – even during intense exertion, high temperatures and long races and rides. The ventilation concept is complemented by Floating Paddings – floating pads that offer additional cooling and greater comfort.
The GameChanger 2.0 also meets the highest standards in terms of comfort. The FlowStraps Pro with optimized strap positioning ensures a comfortable fit, whilst the Zoom Pro adjustment system allows for precise adaptation to different head shapes. Practical eyewear ports also make it easy to securely store cycling sunglasses whilst riding or at coffee breaks.
For the new season, the GameChanger 2.0 is available in an expanded colour range. The new off-white, lunar-silver and all-in-purple versions add a modern touch during group rides and underline the premium status of this aero helmet. For cyclists who value increased visibility on the road as well as maximum performance, the neon-yellow option completes the range.
For added safety, the GameChanger 2.0 is also available in a MIPS version. This features the MIPS Air Node system to reduce rotational forces in certain impact scenarios, as well as a comfortable Fidlock magnetic buckle.
