A dynamic silhouette and a stylish yet sporting design – the Aduro bike helmet from safety experts ABUS is aimed at active adults, teenagers and young people who want to feel safe whilst cycling without compromising on their sense of style.
The Aduro has become something of a classic in its third generation. Tried-and-tested, compelling features have been brought together in a dynamic aesthetic for sporting and urban needs. The colour and graphics concept reinforces the appeal of this fashionable and athletically designed head protection. The wide variety of versions and the attractive price-to-performance ratio make the Aduro 3.0 a highly popular helmet for every moment on the bike.
The cycling helmet is equipped with numerous safety-relevant details: the Aduro 3.0 is manufactured using the In-Mould process, in which the shell and the body are joined together in a single production step to form a compact unit – this significantly increases stability, material strength, and durability. The bug mesh is also integrated during this production step. The removable visor underlines the sporting character and provides protection against sunlight. At dusk, high-reflectivity reflectors increase visibility. Those who want more can take advantage of the large, optional LED rear light with a 180° field of visibility. The rear light with two brightness levels is easy to mount, stays securely on the helmet – and can also be removed with ease. Via the integrated Micro-USB port, it is fully charged within one hour.
Comfort is also well catered for: with 13 air vents, perfect ventilation is ensured at a sporting pace. The fit on the head can be adjusted with very fine increments via the Zoom ACE adjustment system.
Four new colours with individual character
In time for the new season, ABUS is expanding the colour variety of the Aduro 3.0 with four new versions. The spectrum ranges from bold, striking colours for those who want to make a statement on their bike to soft, pastel shades for an understated, subtle elegant appearance. The soft colour options in particular are aimed for riders who wish to combine safety with stylish design on the bike.
The Aduro 3.0 will be available from specialist retailers in sizes S (51–55 cm), M (52–58 cm), and L (58–62 cm). There are 14 different colours and designs to choose from.
